Hatha Yoga
with Aliki Germanou
Intermediate Level
Hatha Yoga is based on the balance of two opposing energies:
Ha (Sun) – representing strength and activity
Tha (Moon) – symbolizing serenity and receptivity
Through asanas (dynamic stretches), breathing techniques, and relaxation, this class focuses on aligning the body and mind while cultivating awareness and balance. It promotes flexibility, strength, and mental clarity, fostering a deeper connection between mind and body.
