Stretching
with Nancy Avgeri
Mondays 18:30-19:30
A Stretching class is a gentle yet effective practice designed to increase flexibility, improve posture, and release tensionfrom the body. Through a series of guided movements and sustained poses, participants gradually open up tight areas, enhance mobility, and cultivate a deeper connection to their physical self. Stretching helps reduce muscle stiffness, supports injury prevention, and promotes better circulation. Whether you're looking to complement another physical practice, recover from activity, or simply unwind, a Stretching class offers space for relaxation, breath awareness, and mindful movement.
Suitable for all levels, it welcomes anyone in need of a calmer, more spacious body and mind.
